Your First Appointment

As with any doctor’s visit, you’ll get started by completing some paperwork. Then, you’ll meet with Dr. Theresa to discuss your history, while she carefully listens to your concerns and expectations. Dr. Theresa will do an examination and detail her findings. A facility across the street can take X-rays if we determine they are necessary. Together, we’ll create a plan of action that will begin when you feel fully informed and ready to move forward. We want to address your pain right away, so you will usually be given an adjustment on this visit. In total, you can plan on being here for 60-90 minutes.

Following Up

We’ll see you a day or two after your first visit to see how you’ve responded to treatment. If you’re feeling better, we might recommend you see us the following week, and continue spacing out your visits as you continue to progress. It’s always your decision to return, and you can choose to leave our care at any time.

On these subsequent visits, Dr. Theresa will see you promptly. We respect your time and schedule and never overbook. Your treatment will depend on your particular condition and the necessary treatment, but it usually takes 15-45 minutes.

Once you’ve completed your new patient visit, you’re welcome to stop by for a convenient walk-in appointment. Insurance is accepted, including Medicare. Contact us today!
